Our Approach to Website Accessibility
Last updated: October 2026
Waythese Plumbing wants people of all abilities to be able to use waythese.world. This statement describes how we think about that. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What We Aim For
We want the site to work for as many people as possible. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a standard many websites follow.
Steps We Take
To support accessibility, we try to:
- Use clear headings and a logical page layout
- Give text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with good color contrast
- Let visitors move around using only a keyboard
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from outside sources, such as embedded tools or services, may be beyond our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to reach a plumber, or email contact@waythese.world and we will do our part to assist you.
Tell Us What You Found
Your feedback on the accessibility of this site is welcome. Please email contact@waythese.world and let us know:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you were using, if you know
We read each message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep making things better.
